First, please swipe up from the bottom of the screen when using Modern
UI (If you're using a mouse, please right-click the mouse), then click "All apps".
Then click "Run".
Next, please enter shell:startup, and click "OK" after you are done.
The long lost "Startup" folder appears. Now, you may put all the shortcuts of the programs you want automatically started into the folder.

Then click "Run".
